Available strengths are shown as individual options on each product card and product page. Selecting a strength updates the vial image, price and item added to your cart. You can view every available compound in the Products catalog.

Visit the COA Archive to find documentation by compound. Certificates are batch-specific and tied to the lot you receive. If your exact batch is not yet published, contact our team and we will provide the matching certificate where available.

Our process centers on vetted manufacturing partners, quality-controlled sourcing, batch-level record keeping, controlled storage and professional fulfillment. You can review the full standards on our Quality page.

A stack must be added using its dedicated “Add stack to cart” action for the grouped discount to apply. Adding the same products separately does not create a stack discount. The savings are shown in your cart and carried through to checkout.

Checkout supports Cash on Delivery and InstaPay. Select your preferred method at checkout; the complete order total, including any stack savings and shipping fee, is shown before you place the order.

Immortal compounds are sourced to U.S. standards, then stored and fulfilled locally from our own temperature-controlled facility in Egypt. Orders are checked against their batch records and delivered in 1–3 days with tracking — no international transit or customs wait on your side. Insulated packaging and temperature-controlled handling are used where the product and route require them. See Shipping for more detail.

The shipping fee is LE 85. It is waived on the first order placed through a signed-in customer account. Guest orders include the LE 85 fee.
